  • Can ladder use multiple currencies?
    Yes, when creating the employee, you can select the currency you want the employee to be paid in. When running the next payroll, you will be required to enter the exchange rate as at the date the payroll is being processed and Ladder will do the calculations for you.
  • Can Ladder run multiple pay cheques?
    Yes, payrolls can be carried out on a monthly and a weekly pay cycle or a monthly and bi-monthly cycle or any other combinations of your choice.
  • What forms can I generate using Ladder?
    The Ladder System has the capacity to generate a P45, SO1, SO2 forms and NHT Letter.
  • Does Ladder show the breakdown for statutory deductions?
    Yes, the system does allow you to retrieve the breakdown of the statutory deductions for an individual employee, the company, monthly, weekly and even year to date.
  • Can an employee have more than one bank accounts ?
    Yes, the application allows for an employee to have more than 1 bank account on their file. Salaries can be split and sent to multiple financial institutions.
  • Can I cancel a payroll after it has been processed?
    Yes, payrolls can be cancelled at anytime.
  • Can Ladder do notice pay and unused leave calculations?
    Yes, when an employee is being terminated, employers will have the option to issue notice pay or unused leave; Ladder will do that calculation for you.
